Welcome to MacroX! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MacroX mobile application ("App") operated by MacroX ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MacroX. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use MacroX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App in a way that violates any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Interfere with the App's security or operation
• Misuse premium features if not subscribed

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete profile information.

MacroX offers free and Pro (paid) versions. Pro features are unlocked via monthly or annual subscriptions through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All billing is handled by these platforms, and their terms apply.

• Pro access will be revoked if payment fails or subscription is canceled.
• Prices may change with notice. Continued use after price changes means you accept the new pricing.

Some features, such as AI-based face scanning or food recognition, rely on image processing through third-party AI services. By using these features, you consent to temporary processing of your images solely for the intended functionality.

Images are not permanently stored or shared without your explicit consent.

All content, design, and functionality in MacroX is the property of MacroX and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time.

• MacroX provides nutritional and health-related insights for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in body or food scan estimations.
• Use the app at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert your country or region]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
